Change Management

This change management program will equip you with techniques that will enable successful change. This change can be instigated from within the organization or imposed by external factors. Either way, change management needs to win over the hearts and minds of team members to enable success.


Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Acquire skills and knowledge required to determine strategic change requirements;

  • Suggest options and opportunities for change;

  • Deal with ambiguity in the change process;

  • Make a consultation with stakeholders with a view to consensus decision making for future improvements;

  • Enable all stakeholders to embrace change positively;

  • Implement step change or a change resulting from a problem-solving exercise such as a kaizen blitz;

  • Evaluate change management strategies.
